'STAR WARS AFICIONADO' AT 10: LUKE SKYWALKER RETURNS IN 'A TRACE OF THE FALLEN'
"It's like 007 getting his license to kill and not being able to use it."
So said Mark Hamill in 1982, just as his behind the scenes filming journey portraying Luke Skywalker, now a Jedi Knight with the final episode of the original Classic Trilogy, Return of the Jedi, was coming to an end, and just as the character on-screen was becoming a super-cool badass!
Fortunately, beyond that film's cinematic arrival during May 1983, going into the nineties and beyond, the Expanded Universe of comics and books has shown Luke Skywalker in many further exciting new adventures which have surprised and delighted fans of all ages. And now, with the news of the upcoming EPISODE VII, there's fan hopes that an older, but no less intriguing, version of our beloved character, once more played by Hamill, will make an appearance of some kind to help usher in the next generation of STAR WARS heroes.
In celebration of this, as well as commemorating STAR WARS AFICIONADO's very own Tenth Anniversary, why not enjoy our all-new, specially written action/adventure featuring George Lucas's timeless hero, back to his youthful best in a story set shortly after the events of ROTJ, as Luke faces a deadly new foe on the perilous jungle world of Narcissus.
