This was recently shown on one of THE FORCE AWAKENS behind the scenes features (costumes), of General Leia Organa wearing her senatorial outfit seen at the end of the film. We don't know if its a costume test scene from the UK, an additional shot CGI added later in post production, or possibly a deleted scene (it looks like she's making an address to the people-perhaps a deleted scene moment linked to Korr Sella, Leia's aide killed on Hosnian Prime?).
