Amidst the ruins of the Rebel's defence perimeter once protecting the shield generator, Luke Skywalker makes a slow but steady pace across the Hoth landscape towards the nearby mountain ridge housing a group of X-wing fighters, in an atmospheric deleted scene moment filmed on location in Finse, Norway in 1979 for THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK. Mark Hamill had already returned to London for studio filming by the time the Second Unit's battle footage was only partially completed. We presume a stand-in, or someone like Colin Skeaping, filled in for the actor wearing the pilot's outfit.
