'THE CLONE WARS': SECOND HAND GOODS!

Captured by the gross alien junk dealer Gha Nachkt (excellently voiced by genre favourite Ron Perlman), Artoo Detoo is now on his way to the dreaded clutches of General Grievous, intent on retrieving his sectrets of the Republic Army and the Jedi, during the fun and highly under-rated two-parter from The Clone Wars excellent opening season: Downfall of a Droid/ Duel of the Droids.

CLASSIC INDY: ON A CLIFFHANGER!

Indy and friends may have managed to evade the evil Irina Spalko as they enter the final stage of their wet and chaotic journey to Eldrorado, but the Russian villainess will soon catch up with them, despite her current predicament!

Acclaimed Australian actress Cate Blanchett was a fine addition to the adventure that was Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

'THE CLONE WARS': DAY OF THE CLONES!

The ultimate force for intergalactic conflict has been assembled on Coruscant, handily created by mystery forces years in advance of the ensuing Separatist crisis now brewing, and right under the very noses of both the Republic and the once all-knowing Jedi Knights. The Clone Wars have indeed begun...

An atmospheric and important moment from The Clone Wars animated series, so well recreated from the end of Episode II.

THE CLONE WARS: ENEMY BLITZKRIEG!

With no break from combat, Clone Captain Rex and his surviving comrades within the Teth Monastery come under devastating attack from newly arrived Separatist forces answering a call from the Sith assassin Asajj Ventress, in an explosive moment from the 2008 The Clone Wars Animated Movie, celebrating its 15th Anniversary longevity in 2023.

THE CLONE WARS: THE NOBLE JEDI!

Fan favourites Kit Fisto and Plo Koon take a decisive stand during an attack on their Republic Cruiser, in a brief moment only seen during the opening 'War Narration' for The Clone Wars animated movie of 2008.

THE CLONE WARS: REPUBLIC INSPECTION!

The birth of a war, and the emergence of a Clone Army in the millions luckily ready for use - a force of efficient soldiers impressively and ominously assembled for inspection and orders instruction on the core world of Coruscant by the Galactic Republic's trusted, total overseer Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, with guidance from his Jedi colleagues Mace Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi.

A brief and memorable visual moment from the original The Clone Wars animated movie of 2008.

THE CLONE WARS: EVIL-DOERS!

On the bridge of a rogue Trade Federation vessel, the evil Count Dooku and his key associates in terror and carnage - Wat Tambor, General Grievous and Nute Gunray - plan their attacks at the start of the now infamous Clone Wars, in this great moment from the montage beginning to The Clone Wars animated movie of 2008.

CLASSIC INDY: EAST VS WEST!

Telepathy, mind control and the ultimate search for infinite knowledge are the goals of the ambitious Russian soldier and political leader Irina Spalko as she soon locks wits and physical skills against the older but never more spirited American hero Indiana Jones, in this great posed image at the Area 51 location, from Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Quentin Tarantino ranks Crystal Skull above The Last Crusade

CLASSIC INDY: DECIPHERING THE OXLEY CODE!

Now held captive by the Russians, Indy tries to work out the mystery visual language linked to the location of El Dorado referenced by his mentally incapacitated friend and mentor, Harold Oxley, in a memorable moment for the under-used Sir John Hurt, during the events of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

THE CLONE WARS: A MATTER OF ALLEGIANCE!

Yoda's efforts in persuading the noble Toydarian King Katuunku to join the fight against the Separatists looks set to bear fruit, though opposing force Sith Assassin Asajj Ventress has other plans, during the exciting finale to the memorable opening episode of The Clone Wars animated series, Ambush.

THE CLONE WARS: STRENGTH IN NUMBERS...

Our Jedi heroes old and new, plus the battle-ready clone Captain Rex and a lieutenant, make for a heroic and physically powerful group pose in this very rare image composition poster used to promote the original theatrical release of the underappreciated and very enjoyable The Clone Wars movie of 2008.

CLASSIC INDY: HAVE PLANE, WILL TRAVEL!

The mysterious and ancient Nazcar Lines of Peru await Indy as he prepares to board a transport plane. Note Mutt's bike ready for transport. A deleted scene from Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

THE CLONE WARS: A WELCOME INTERVENTION...

On the point of conflict against Jabba the Hutt and his armed mercenaries on Tatooine, Anakin and young Ahsoka are saved from violent defensive action by the timely holographic arrival of Padme Amidala from Coruscant, bringing important news to Jabba about the real plotter behind the abduction of his son, Rotta, in a great image from The Clone Wars movie of 2008.

CLASSIC INDY: SNEAK ATTACK!

The intimidating bulk of the quiet and formidably deadly Colonel Dovchenko (actor and Cirque du Soliei talent Igor Jijikine) briefly and ingeniously hides the elite squad of Russian soldiers out to slay the American sentries guarding the mysterious Area 51 facility, in this memorable, if shocking moment to the beginning of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

THE CLONE WARS: IN HARM'S WAY...

The situation is grave for the Kaminoans, crew and recuperating Clone Trooper wounded located in on one of the space-distant Republic medical cruisers, as news comes through of a deadly Separatist weapon on the move against them. A crisis moment from The Clone Wars Season One episode, Shadow of Malevolence.

CLASSIC INDY: JUST MARRIED!

Our anniversary coverage of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull concludes with the wedding of Indy and Marion, at long last! I love the reaction on Ford/Indy's face here- obviously the onscreen kiss came quicker than expected!

CLASSIC INDY: THE DOUBLE, DOUBLE, DOUBLE CROSS!

Inside their unique sanctuary kingdom (kudos to some marvellous production design from Guy Hendrix Dyas) the treasure of the alien Crystal Skull historians has been revealed, and now a debt-ridden Mac is determined to reap the to-be-plundered rewards to the fullest, once more betraying his old friend Indy to the Russians in the process. It's the near finale to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. and those power-in-unison guardians are soon in no mood for intruders!

CLASSIC INDY: A DIFFERENT TYPE OF SOLDIER OF FORTUNE!

For herself, and for Mother Russia, dedicated soldier and psychic powered Irina Spalko must discover the truth and power of the captured Crystal Skull currently held at America's legendary Area 51, in this great image of the ever-excellent Cate Blanchett, from Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

CLASSIC INDY: WHIP-CRACK AWAY!

He sadly wielded his infamous bullwhip very few times during the globe-trotting search for the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (and there was at least one deleted scene moment too!), yet our brilliant archaeologist Indiana Jones did at least put it into action for the film's marketing campaign, as seen in this release merchandise/promotional campaign of Indy IV, also featuring Shia LeBouef as the rapier handling Mutt.

THE CLONE WARS: 'ROOKIES' NO MORE!

They're seemingly far away from the front line action, yet the raw 'Shinies' stationed at the listening post on one of the Rishi moon's soon find themselves in the thick of battle against a sneak attack force of enemy Separatist battle droids wanting to use the planetoid as a jumping off point to obliterate Kamino. Like their brothers fighting and dying in the Inner Rim, these five soldiers soon prove their worth.

An early outstanding entry of the premiere season of The Clone Wars animated season of 2008, Rookies is a real gem, and a brilliant showcasing of the series long-term potential for diverse, interesting and action-packed storytelling, as well as redefining the popularity and dedicated appeal of the Clone Troopers (of which some of the brave men seen here would continue to appear in future important episodes) for the series and Prequel Trilogy's long-term fan base.
