THE 'INTO THE UNKNOWN' EXHIBITION CONTINUES...
If you're a UK STAR WARS/sci-fi fan, then the London Barbican Centre's ambitious Into the Unknown exhibition is well worth catching during the Summer holidays. As well as showcasing an original Darth Vader mask from The Empire Strikes Back, there's also a Stormtrooper helmet from A New Hope, plus several classic Ralph McQuarrie conceptual pieces, other Classic Trilogy storyboards, and a look at Doug Chiang's numerous cityscapes from EPISODE I and his portfolio work outside STAR WARS. As well as our favourite saga, there's great model/art/costume pieces from Star Trek, Buck Rogers, Alien and Dune to be savoured.
