In the Theed City hangar on Naboo, Queen Amidala's loyal troopers, and members of an established resistance cell, gather together to take the fight back to the Trade Federation, in this action scene from EPISODE I.

DELETED SCENE: GUARDIANS-IN-SERVITUDE

Newly arrived on one of the sky platforms at Coruscant, Queen Amidala's loyal retinue guards the main ramp to her starship, whilst Supreme Chancellor Valorum's blue armoured bodyguards begin their ceremonial flank. A deleted scene from EPISODE I, of which a brief moment showing George Lucas directing can be found on the 2011 Blu-ray release. Note later THE HOBBIT star Richard Armitage as the helmeted guard on the left of the ramp.

EPISODE I AT FIFTEEN: THE ESCAPE BEGINS...

In the Theed Hangar on Naboo, a fast as lightning Obi-Wan Kenobi launches into a group of Battle Droids in order to free captured soldiers and pilots now vitally needed to help Queen Amidala escape her planet, whilst also setting up a resistance force against their Trade Federation occupiers. An exciting scene, and showcase for Obi-Wan's Jedi abilities, from EPISODE I.

Summer 1997-in the UK's Whippendell Woods, not far from LEAVESDEN STUDIOS, the cast of EPISODE ONE have fun (especially young Jake Lloyd) in between shooting Queen Amidala's plea for an alliance to Boss Nass.
