EPISODE VIII: 'DON'T JOIN!'

He's successfully sold out young Resistance fighters Finn and Rose Tico to the First Order with the failure of their Star Destroyer infiltration, now the enigmatic rogue known as the DJ is preparing to take away and enjoy his excessive loot for his traitorous actions, in a tense scene from The Last Jedi.

We know that the DJ survived the 'Holdo Manuever' attack and fled across the galaxy. Perhaps the character, as played with creepy modern-day significance by Benecio Del Toro, will return for another Star Wars film or Andor-style TV project?

A birthright to evil, as personified by Kylo Ren, General Hux and Captain Plasma, striking new villains for the sequel universe's first adventure.

Manipulated during a time of emotional weakness and instability during his early Jedi training by Supreme Leader Snoke, ruler of the eventual scourge that is the First Order, young and impressionable Ben Solo, saddled with prior feelings of abandonment by his parents Leia Organa and Han Solo, has now become the bitter and twisted, all-power in the Force craving figure of the masked murderer Kylo Ren, determined to wipe out the Jedi, and his former master Luke Skywalker, at all costs, as played with ferocity, anger and twisted villainy within The Force Awakens by the well-cast Adam Driver, an acclaimed actor who has now pretty much worked with all the great Hollywood and international directors out there, and accumulating a fine and diverse body of work beyond his great contribution to the sequel Star Wars franchise, playing a character indelibly linked to the slaying of his onscreen father, Han Solo..

EPISODE IX: BLOWING OFF STEAM!

He may have been captured and restrained by the First Order on Pasaana, but that isn't going to let the mighty Chewbacca let rip against his loathsome enemy General Hux, in this priceless moment from The Rise of Skywalker, though its a shame that our Wookiee hero's painful reuniting with the former Ben Solo on the First Order Star Destroyer was cut. There is, however, a brief moment linked to it within the Michael Kogge-written junior edition film novelisation.

EPISODE VII: STARKILLER ASSAULT!

The odds are against them, but the incredibly bold Resistance fighter pilots led by Poe Dameron must triumph in their aerial confrontation with the might and power of Starkiller Base, in this great fan art celebrating the conclusion of The Force Awakens, by ameeeeba.

It's been a long time coming for the cold-hearted warrior Captain Phasma, but now her revenge on the Stormtooper who betrayed both her and the First Order - FN 2187, looks set to be a completed reality, as he and his rebel scum female cohort are readied for execution. A dramatic, soon explosive moment, from The Last Jedi.

EPISODE IX: KICKING UP A (SAND)STORM!

The First Order's technological might knows no boundaries as one of their Stromtroopers efficiently rides a Treadspeeder across the Pasaana desert in pursuit of 'the Scavenger' and her friends, in this great image taken on location in Jordan by photographer Jonathan Olley for The Rise of Skywalker.

EPISODE IX: BEST OF FRENEMIES!

They may be bitter rivals and enemies onscreen within the First Order, but actors Domhnall Geeson and Richard E. Grant are clearly enjoying their Star Wars filming experiences at a location just outside Pinewood Studios now turned into one of the few tree-lined areas of the volcanic world of Mustafar. A deleted scene at the beginning of The Rise of Skywalker, where General Hux and Allegiant General Prye watch Kylo Ren at his most slaughterous in his mission to find the lost Sith world of Exegol.

An incredible and frightening sight. Top pilot Poe Dameron's single Resistance X-wing fighter against a score of malevolent enemy Star Destroyers?
