Refusing to help Irina Spalko and her Russian Special Forces squad, Indy is forced to watch, and eventually co-operate, as his pal Mac is placed under a truck, threated with death, in a deleted moment from INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL.
