Injured from Anakin's Force-choke on Mustafar, and in the process of delivering unexpected twin babies, Padme Amidala's strength will soon pass into the night, but her belief in the ultimate good within Anakin remains, as seen in this scene from EPISODE III which originally had her wearing her husband's once gift to her from childhood- the Japor Snippet. Ultimately it was decided to digitally remove it from her medical gown and save it for the character's more scene-memorable and subtly dignified funeral sequence on Naboo, at the very end of the film.
