We're all familiar with the classic world-famous Scandicour poster from 1977 of our heroes assembled and getting ready for battle- from a great 1976 posed publicity shot for the original Star Wars taken by UK photographer David Steen (and an image also used as the cover to Rolling Stone magazine). But here's the not quite so well circulated 'other' poster from the company, this one rather clumsily adding Artoo Detoo from one location photo onto a singular shot of Anthony Daniels as Threepo in Tunisia. Though there were several colour duo shots of Threepio and Artoo taken on location, perhaps they didn't have the right design aesthetic for poster use- hence the fusion of images.
Also note the use of the original version of the film logo with the different 'W'.
